a few of us here in england were approached by rapha a few months prior to bespoked bristol to build a frame each for one of 5 riders chosen to ride some wonderful routes around the UK following the success of the US continental. i was taken back when the letter dropped through the post and felt it was a honour to be involved in this, rapha being one of britain's more sought after cycling brands.
the fact that my continental effort achieved the 'best road frame' award was the icing on the cake, there was a lot of amazing road bikes at bespoked bristol this year, so to come away with that award was humbling to say the least.
also, once again a massive hats off to phil and tessa for organizing the UK's best and most down to earth show yet.
